Val has had a growing passion for exercise science and sports nutrition! Born in Venezuela, she’s moved all over the place at an early age, and ended up at Acadia University to pursue a Bachelors in Science in Nutrition with Kinesiology! During her time there, she provided nutrition coaching to various varsity teams and obtained a Personal Training Certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Val is currently the customer success representative for Transparent Labs, and is transitioning into a product development role alongside Matt, our Product Manager!
You can find her either hiking, tipping the queens at local drag shows or hanging out with her girlfriend and dog around town!
