Ashley is the Executive Assistant and one of the newest members of the Nutra Holdings team. She has a Bachelors of Arts Degree from Memorial and a Business Administration Diploma from College of the North Atlantic. Ashley is a certified personal trainer and loves all things fitness! You can find her at the gym, hiking the ECT or chasing after her sweet toddler James!
